A Quarterly Business Review (QBR) is a strategic meeting held every quarter between a service provider (like a HubSpot Partner) and their clients to review performance, discuss progress towards goals, and plan for the upcoming quarter. QTRBK helps facilitate this process by providing tools to set SMART Goals, track progress with Scorecards, and manage QBR meetings effectively.
A WIP (Work In Progress) Meeting is a regular check-in meeting held between team members and stakeholders to discuss the progress of ongoing projects, address any challenges, and ensure alignment on goals and priorities. In QTRBK, WIP Meetings are used to keep teams focused on their SMART Goals and provide an opportunity to discuss any Quick Assists needed to overcome obstacles.
A SMART Goal is a specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (quarterly) objective that helps individuals and teams set clear and actionable targets. QTRBK uses AI to help validate that the goals set during the QBR process meet the SMART criteria, ensuring they are well-defined and attainable within the quarter. SMART Goals are matched with QTRBK Scorecard Metrics to automatically track progress throughout the quarter; or Custom Goals measured by the team.
A Quick Assist is a feature in QTRBK that allows team members to request help or support from colleagues or other teams quickly and easily. It streamlines the process of seeking assistance, ensuring that help is provided promptly to address challenges or obstacles faced during the quarter.
A Quick Assist is designed for internal team collaboration, allowing team members to request help from your QTRBK Team (your agency or portal owners). Quick Assists are typically related to business goals and HubSpot enablement.

QTRBK needs permissions to read data in your HubSpot CRM to provide the full functionality of the app, the majority of the data read is used to calculate the Scorecards for the SMART Goals you set.
The only data QTRBK writes to your Hubspot Portal is the Quick Assist data. We only request the minimum permissions necessary to operate the app.

To set up your first QBR in QTRBK, install the app from the QTRBK Website or HubSpot Marketplace, then book a Kick Off Session with our team, or your HubSpot Partner who recommended QTRBK to you. During the Kick Off Session, we will guide you through the process of setting up your QBR, including defining your SMART Goals, configuring Scorecards, and scheduling your first QBR meeting.
Installing the QTRBK app takes just a few minutes. The Kick Off Session is typically less than an hour depending on the number of team members and complexity of your goals.
